A $8 service fee will be applied to all services, not payable to the employee(s). *Because we share a portion of the service with our providers already, this fee does not go directly to the service provider but offsets our Seattle Living Wage, Sick And Safe Time and Health Care Benefits for eligible employees without having to increase our prices significantly.
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price when guests fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Any no shows will be subject to 100% of the service total for that appointment. *Cash payments can still be made for all services, however all services still require a credit or debit card in order to secure the appointment.
